Financing Application Privacy Notice

Please read and acknowledge the following before proceeding to our Financing Application

In connection with your transaction, Dick Norris Buick - Pontiac - GMC may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice. This does not apply to information obtained in a non-financial transaction.

1. We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
   • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms in connection with a financial transaction;
   • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others; and,
   • Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.
2. Our policy is only to disclose your personal non-public information to only those companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
3. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about you to any one, except as permitted by law.
4. Further, we restrict access to your non-public personal information to only those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Employees cannot use your information for any other purpose. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.
